Why Body Butters Are Good for Skin Care

We have used body lotion all our life and always had the concept that it is the best thing to moisturize our skin,  that would be nourished throughout the day. The truth is that the lotions are manufactured with their great majority in percentage based on water and the natural oils that really moisturize the skin with very low percentage, making this product more economical to the massive market and therefore its sale faster; But the results to healthy and nourished skin could not be achieved with regular lotions.

Body Butters have been created to nourish, moisturize and revive the skin giving back its natural silky and radiant glow. The body butters are more dense in viscosity since they are with a high percentage of natural carrier oils and butters, they are more natural in essence. In my experience over the years I have received comments from clients that DELUGE body butters have changed people’s health such as psoriasis, exzema and different skin problems that affect the emotional life of people. Testimonials from clients who have told us that they have gone through medical treatments to treat different types of diseases like psoriasis among others and unfortunately medicated products have not them. I am not a doctor nor do I can confirm that these diseases could be treated with body butters since each case is different but nevertheless I was happy to know many people who have been able to handle this type of diseases using our DELUGE body butters.

Here are some of the ingredients we use in our Body Butters formulations and their benefit to the skin, I want you to know that every ingredient in our formulations has been carefully selected for the benefits it brings to the skin:

Shea Butter: Has the ability to soothe, hydrate and balance your skin. It is used as a moisturizer for dry skin and eczema, as a dry scalp treatment, for chapped lips and to help soften cracked dry skin on heels, elbows and knees. Shea butter has natural anti-inflammatory properties that have been known to heal scrapes, cuts and burns; relieve sunburn and rashes; take the sting out of insect bites; and ease the pain from muscle fatigue and arthritis. Shea butter has been used for centuries as a wrinkle reducer, it contains essential fatty acids, along with vitamins A and E, which are imperative to maintaining your skin’s elasticity and suppleness.

Coconut Oil: Ccoconut oil is notable for its abundance of vitamin E, which makes this oil especially beneficial for your hair and skin. Coconut oil is a wonderful natural moisturizer that can help to heal damaged skin, reduce signs of aging, strengthen the epidermis against cellulite, fade stretch marks, and eliminate keratosis pilaris.  Coconut oil offers natural protection from harmful UV radiation.  It can even be used to prevent or heal microbial and fungal skin infections such as those that cause or exacerbate cracked heels and acne.

Hempseed Oil:  Is a natural moisturizer and can help to make your skin feel smooth and soft while acting as a barrier and preventing moisture loss. Hemp is also rich in vitamin D, which is necessary for calcium absorption to help achieve soft, smooth and hydrated skin. Hemp seed oil has a comodogenic rating of 0, meaning it does not clog pores at all, which makes it a great moisturizer for both oily and acne prone skin types.

Avocado Oil: It is the high level of Vitamin E that prevents the skin from inflammations and itchiness thereby helping skin to maintain its health and softness. The antioxidants present in the oil is also found to be capable of soothing even sunburned skin. Research works have proved that they are effective against skin related diseases like eczema. Avocado oil is capable of penetrating deep into the skin unlike other oils and this helps in achieving quicker results. This helps in making skin soft and hydrated. One of the amazing property of avocado oil is their humectancy, which prevents the skin from drying out that allows the skin to be on hydrated mode for longer period.

Jojoba Oil: The jojoba oil is the only oil that closely resembles human sebum – an oily substance naturally produced by the oil glands below the skin surface, so its uses and benefits to the skin and hair are high. It is a perfect choice for those who want to use natural products for their skin, hair and face care. it is packed with almost all of the vitamins and minerals essentially needed for healthy hair and skin, namely, vitamin E, B-complex, copper, zinc, selenium, iodine, and chromium. It normally does not have any harmful impact and can be used by even those who are having sensitive skin without worrying for any allergic reaction.
