Deluge cosmetics Policy

-When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed from our warehouse prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

-Tracking your order
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number.

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to show on the USPS website.

We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping charges, unless the items are damaged or was a result of our error.

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. The product(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Pack items safely for shipping and affix a shipping label to the address below:

Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and send you an online store credit.
Your satisfaction is very important to us that is why we will gladly replace any item(s) that you may have received damage during shipping. Please notify us about these damage product(s) via E-mail to customercare@delugecosmetics.com with the headline “Damage Product” within 24 hours of your delivered package, with your order number and photos of damaged items. We will then send you a new product.
Due to high volume of orders we would like to apologies in advance if you have encountered any of the following

– Received the wrong item
Please notify us if you have received the wrong item within 3 days of delivery via E-mail to customercare@delugecosmetics.com with the headline “Wrong Item” with order number and name of the wrong item you received. Once email is sent we will then send you a pre-paid shipping label. Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging if the item is used you will be charged the original price of item. We will then send you the correct item.

-Received an extra item
Please notify us if you have received an extra item within 5 days of delivery via E-mail to customercare@delugecosmetics.com with the headline “Extra Item” with order number and name of the extra item you received. Once email is sent we will then send you a pre-paid shipping label. Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging if the item is used you will be charged the original price of item. If no email is sent you will be charged a fee of $15.

-Missing Item
Please notify us if you are missing an item within 24 hours of delivery via E-mail to customercare@delugecosmetics.com with the headline “Missing item” with order number and name of the name of the missing item. We will then ship out the missing item to you.

-Missing Package
Please track your packages. Deluge cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned “delivered” by USPS.

If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly.

If USPS Tracking confirms that the package was “Delivered”, no refunds or replacements will be granted.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order. No exceptions!
